    AppleScotch Cookies

    Every night after dinner, my 5 year old asks “what’s for bessert?”  He must have it. It’s genetic.  It started with my mother, then me, now, my son. “Bessert” (or dessert, no typo..that’s how he really says it) was something we always had growing up and now, I am almost programmed into eating something after dinner. Even in desperation, a handful of chocolate chips.

    So, when I find an easy,quick, recipe that everyone will enjoy after dinner..I snag it quick.

    These cookies take a huge short-cut in the prep department. A little muffin mix, a little pudding mix and tada..cookies!

    Apple.Butterscotch.Oatmeal…a pretty good bessert. 🙂

    {The only issue I have with the recipe, is the amount of cookies it makes is small. Maybe 10-12 max.  If you need a big bunch..make sure and double it!}
